The role combines application ownership, change coordination, staff adoption and liaison with PwC Global IT to ensure Microsoft changes are understood, supported and effectively embedded in New Zealand. Your day-to-day could include: · Act as the NZ Service Manager for Microsoft core services, working with PwC Global IT to understand upcoming changes, coordinate local readiness and escalate service issues · Maintain oversight of Microsoft core services, including service performance, incidents, recurring issues, risks and improvement opportunities. · Coordinate the introduction of new and enhanced Microsoft services into PwC New Zealand. · Assess how Microsoft changes may affect business processes, staff experience, data and existing ways of working. · Support staff adoption of new and changed Microsoft services through clear communications, guidance, training and engagement. · Coordinate the escalation and resolution of Microsoft service issues, maintaining visibility and ownership through to an appropriate outcome. · Maintain service documentation, knowledge articles, support guidance and training materials for Microsoft core services.
