Your Impact
As a Facilities Technician I will be part of a team providing facility support to multiple buildings. As a member of our Facilities Team, you are a critical and key component in supporting daily operations within a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
• Oversee and assist in the coordination of on-site contractors to perform outsourced maintenance activities
• Experience performing routine maintenance including fixing doors, wall repair, damaged electrical wiring, and painting
• Monitor and replace light bulbs in all assigned facilities
• Coordinate and assist with departmental and employee move
• Ability to manage projects independently with limited supervision
• Perform basic electrical work and determine when an electrician is required
• Notify management of any indoor/outdoor items that may pose a damage to employees, tenants, or visitors
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Transport goods and equipment between sites
• Skilled experience with maintenance tooling including power tools, equipment, and various construction materials
• Ability to work on short notice and in emergency situations
• Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor
Location: Onsite at our Scottsdale AZ HQ office 5 days a week, and on the road 30-40% of time traveling between our Phoenix site locations.
What You Bring
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two or more years of facilities experience
• General mechanical attitude with knowledge of building and utility systems
• Own it by being committed, acting, and seeing your work through completion
