IT Business Analyst - Internship

Mission As an IT Business Analyst Intern within the SAP Centre of Excellence, you will support the delivery, enhancement, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA business processes across a global organization. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze requirements, support troubleshooting activities, participate in testing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while developing expertise in ERP systems and business process management.

Support the analysis and resolution of SAP-related incidents and requests. Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and process improvements. Participate in business process reviews and identify optimization opportunities. Prepare functional documentation and process flows. Support testing activities for system enhancements, issue resolution, and project deployments. Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP analysts across different functional areas. Assist with change management and end-user training activities. Help maintain training materials and process documentation. Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation and support initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong academic record with a passion for technology and business processes. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multicultural environment. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Interest in ERP systems and digital transformation. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
