Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment on cloud platforms. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Understanding of agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
