For our Talent Acquisition team we are looking for a Manager Talent Acquisition for Ukraine&Moldova, the role will be based in Kyiv (Ukraine).

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager (UA, MD,CZ,SK), you will be acting as the lead TA expert for the Ukraine&Moldova, being responsible for attracting best-in-class talent for current and future business needs, while ensuring the best candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Be the lead recruiter and role model for the local TA team, which is responsible for the Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Early Careers activities across the Cluster

• Represent the TA function in People & Culture meetings, partnering with Senior P&C Executives and Senior Business Leaders and acting as a trusted partner and talent advisor

• Support the Cluster’s TA Strategy, being a senior member of the international team of TA experts covering a region of 2 markets and taking over team activities and cluster projects
