R&D Automation Enablement Operations focuses on automating research and development processes to increase efficiency and innovation. This includes implementing automated systems for data collection, analysis, and testing. The goal is to speed up R&D activities, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy. Key tasks involve developing automation tools, integrating them into workflows, and maintaining these systems. Designing, building, and maintaining software applications using the Microsoft .NET framework. Develop scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet specific business or user requirements. Encompasses aspects such as application architecture, coding, debugging, and integration within the .NET ecosystem. What are we looking for? • Min 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. • Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and HTML. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Experience working with clients in domains such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Pharma, Utilities, or similar industries is preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative global team environment.
