Champion a “Zero Backorder” mentality and support OTIF and inventory optimization initiatives through better planning alignment and risk management. Drive change management, training, and capability building to embed IBP best practices and increase organizational planning maturity. Collaborate on system enhancements (Kinaxis, SAP, Power BI dashboards) to improve data visibility, analytics, and workflow efficiency for IBP participants and executives. Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence at multiple levels (planner through VP/Platform leadership) to position IBP as a value-adding business process rather than a supply chain exercise. Identify and implement best practices from other BD businesses or industry leaders; support standardization and transformation initiatives.
