Sr Product Ops Supervisor

Product Operations is responsible for the development and commercialization of an offering portfolio by improving execution and governance of strategy and process. The Product Operations team works closely with Offering Managers and cross-functional departments, such as engineering/R&D, manufacturing/sourcing or software development, internal sales and field sales, marketing, as well as Honeywell senior executives to maximize the growth, development and return on investment in the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future. One critical area of work is the creation, extension, phase out, and reactivation of SKUs, as well as governance of related master data and material settings. The Product Operations Supervisor, SKU Operations will lead a small team of three SKU Operations Specialists responsible for executing this work across the product lifecycle.

This role will operate as a player / coach: directly supporting complex or escalated SKU Operations work while also supervising, coaching, and developing a team of specialists. The supervisor will drive consistent execution, strengthen governance, improve cycle time and first-time-right quality, and provide clear visibility to Offering Managers and cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires hands-on operational ownership, people leadership, process discipline, and the ability to influence across a matrixed global organization.
