We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our Sales Performance Management Center of Excellence (CoE) team. In this role, you will support a broad range of sales performance management activities, including analytics and reporting, forecasting, sales compensation strategy and execution, and process improvement. This position offers the opportunity to influence the direction of the Sales Performance Management CoE while partnering cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and business units across Boston Scientific to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions. Work model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include:
Participate in sales compensation strategy and planning. Execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end commission, bonus and incentive award processes for the field sales organization. Track, analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) supporting sales performance and operational effectiveness. Utilize reporting tools and technologies to deliver actionable analyses and insights to field sales teams. Lead process improvement initiatives for the Sales Performance Management CoE. Develop and maintain recurring reports, analytics and Tableau dashboards by integrating multiple data sources into meaningful business insights. Build and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting tools that clearly communicate trends, risks and opportunities to stakeholders. Define, monitor and enhance KPIs that measure sales effectiveness, productivity and operational efficiency. Partner on cross-functional strategic initiatives and special projects, as needed.
Required qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a sales analyst, financial analyst or related analytical role. Experience using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level. Experience using Microsoft Access. Experience developing reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools. Experience analyzing and reporting business performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred qualifications
Experience supporting sales compensation, incentive compensation or sales performance management. Experience with the Anaplan platform. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
