Here's What You'll Do: Operate mRNA vaccine production equipment in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing documentation. Execute manufacturing operations safely while consistently adhering to Moderna's health, safety and environmental procedures and guidelines. Follow gowning procedures and maintain excellent housekeeping standards to ensure a compliant, safe and inspection-ready manufacturing environment. Partner closely with Quality Assurance colleagues to complete production documentation required to support the timely disposition of commercial batches. Participate in investigations relating to manufacturing incidents and deviations, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and supporting the implementation of effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Apply operational performance tools and collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Respond quickly to routine equipment, process and digital system issues, troubleshooting effectively to minimise operational disruption. Proactively identify and escalate compliance, quality, health and safety concerns to the Team Lead or Supervisor. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and associated documentation. Perform routine basic equipment maintenance, including lubrication, basic mechanical checks and filter changes using hand tools. Participate in multiple projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing performance, quality, safety and operational efficiency. Contribute ideas that improve processes, embrace new manufacturing technologies and support ongoing digital innovation across the production environment. Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, cross-functional matrix organisation, building strong partnerships across Manufacturing, Quality and Operational teams. Demonstrate flexibility to work off-hours and overtime when business needs require, supporting manufacturing plans aligned with commercial demand.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to operate complex manufacturing equipment in a regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
