Prioritize and execute tasks across the full software development life cycle (SDLC) Design, develop, and deploy microservices and tools by producing clean, efficient, and well-structured code using Java (1.8+), Python, and ReactJS Automate repetitive engineering and deployment tasks through scripting and modern infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tools Review, debug, and optimize software code to maintain high performance, stability, and code quality Perform comprehensive software validation, performance testing, and verification testing to ensure enterprise-grade reliability Document development phases, establish system monitoring, and ensure high availability of production environments Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement Evaluate emerging engineering and AI trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

3+ years of professional software engineering experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 3+ years of experience working with front-end technologies, specifically ReactJS 2+ years of experience in microservices development using Java 1.8 (or higher) and Python 2+ years of experience working with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes 2+ years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Azure and CI/CD tools Demonstrated ability to work independently to drive software engineering tasks Proven analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science or a related discipline 1+ years of experience working with distributed event streaming platforms like Apache Kafka Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure Experience with GraphQL for API development and querying Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform Experience or strong interest in Scala Experience or strong knowledge in designing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning and AI models in a production environment Passion for learning and a willingness to advance knowledge in AI/ML technologies *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to
