What You Will Do
Day-to-day triage, analysis, and mitigation of security threats, approached in a holistic strategic manner. Direct ownership and management of crisis (or incident), to include dispatch, response, and reporting of internal resources and local municipalities. Real-time security operations, monitoring and response supported by a wide network of security access points, alarms, cameras and application resources leveraged to identify, respond, and support threat resolution. Access control, camera surveillance and intrusion detection management. Fire system monitoring, imminent threat and mass notification. Continuous improvement of standard operating procedures as the environment changes. Provide quality resolution to assigned projects as delegated by leadership. Provide investigative support by undertaking administrative and evidence gathering functions, to include reporting and security technology output analysis and retention. Provide tier one/two technical support in security technology and service solutions. Provide compliant NISP and NIST (DFARS) security services and solutions. Handle highly confidential and sensitive information. Able to be self-direct and motivated in a team oriented, collaborative environment. Stay detail-oriented and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced high pressure environment. Able to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays, and peer backfills when needed. Influence and interact across a matrix organizational structure.
Qualifications
You Must Have: Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Must be capable of obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance. Experience with standard software applications for communications, productivity, and presentation.
Qualifications
We Prefer: Experience in physical security principles and/or applications such as access control, camera surveillance, intrusion detection, and visitor management. Experience in investigations or investigative support roles.
