This role provides operational and enablement support to Global Supply Chain. The Sr. Manager, Leadership & Learning is responsible for shaping and executing leadership development and learning strategies that enable supply chain transformation, strengthen leadership capability, and support enterprise priorities.  This is a high‑impact role with broad visibility, partnering closely with global supply chain leaders to translate strategy into scalable learning solutions that drive performance, capability uplift, and cultural change across a complex, global organization.

Lead the design and execution of global leadership and learning strategies aligned to Global Supply Chain priorities and transformation objectives.  Partner with senior supply chain and functional leaders to assess capability gaps and translate business strategy into targeted development solutions.  Oversee the development and deployment of supply chain leadership programs, learning frameworks, and capability‑building initiatives across regions.  Manage cross‑functional and matrixed teams, providing coaching, performance management, and career development support.  Drive change management and learning enablement for major supply chain transformation initiatives.  Establish governance, metrics, and insights to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.  Collaborate with HR, Talent, and Enterprise Learning partners to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and leadership imperatives.  Manage operational aspects of the function, including budget oversight, resource planning, and compliance with internal policies.
