Position Overview Are you a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and tangible results? We are seeking a reliable Production Assembler & Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be the final line of defense for our data-integrated media products, ensuring every label and package meets our strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) and high-quality benchmarks before reaching the customer. Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Assembly: Accurately inspect, separate, slot, and package print and label products according to exact specifications. SOP Adherence: Maintain a "zero-defect" mindset by closely following standard operating procedures and daily job schedules. Shipping & Fulfillment: Log time and materials into our ERP software, cross-reference shipping logs, and double-check packages to eliminate delivery errors. Team Collaboration: Partner across production lines to maintain workflows, step up to help coworkers, and report layout or printing defects immediately. Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe workstation and strictly follow PPE guidelines. Qualifications Qualifications & Physical Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong attention to detail with basic computer literacy. Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, utilize precise hand movements, and lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent color vision and close-range depth perception. High level of accountability, resilience under tight deadliness, and a team-first attitude. Shift & Pay Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Tuesday – Saturday (Overtime as required) The hourly rate for this position is $17.05 - $22.73 / hour The hiring wage rate range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range.
