With hundreds of Spectrum Stores across the country, our Store Specialists help us keep millions of customers connected across our footprint. In this customer-facing, individual contributor role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Spectrum products and services, including Spectrum Internet, Mobile, streaming and linear Video, and Voice. Our Store Specialists have the opportunity to build rewarding careers while achieving their financial goals, in either a full-time or part-time capacity. While sales experience is helpful, it isn’t required – it's your positive attitude and willingness to learn that will help you succeed. Our Store Specialists are charismatic, motivated to succeed, and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. As a member of our team, you will:
Assist customers with inquiries related to Spectrum products and services, account management, billing, technical support, etc. Educate current and prospective customers about our products and services and identify opportunities to generate new sales or upgrade their packages Manage operational tasks like processing payments and managing inventory Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales environment and with store opening and closing activities
Your Schedule Full-time employees must be available to work any schedule during store operating hours, and part-time employees are scheduled for 20-29 hours per week that will vary weekly and will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
