Talent Acquisition Advisor This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 9 Months and applicants must be able to speak Fluent Spanish & English Help us find the talent that powers our stores TK Maxx (part of TJX Europe) is opening stores across Spain, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team and help shape the future of our hiring journey. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting recruitment across Spain, partnering with hiring managers and the wider Talent Acquisition team to attract and hire great talent. You'll: Support high-volume recruitment campaigns for our stores across Spain Manage candidate applications and guide candidates through the hiring process Coordinate interviews, hiring events and recruitment activities Build talent pools for current and future recruitment needs Create engaging recruitment content and support employer branding initiatives Provide market insights and recruitment updates to stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experiences Collaborate with colleagues across our European Talent Acquisition team What we're looking for You'll be someone who: Is fluent in both Spanish and English Has experience working with recruitment systems and candidate management tools Enjoys building relationships and engaging with people Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities Has strong attention to detail Takes ownership and looks for solutions Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment Experience supporting volume recruitment, hiring events or direct sourcing would be a bonus.
