Growing together As a member of the Product Operations Strategy team, the Senior Product Manager will support the development, implementation, and operational readiness of initiatives that advance UnitedHealthcare's Medicare Advantage plans and Government Programs priorities. This role represents Product Operations across cross-functional initiatives and helps ensure new product capabilities, payment card operations, and associated benefits and rewards are implemented effectively. The Senior Product Manager partners with leaders, business stakeholders, technical teams, and peers to align expectations, define requirements, establish processes, and drive execution across complex Government Programs product initiatives. The role requires strong independent judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to translate product strategy into actionable implementation plans.
