Job Description
Works hands-on with HPE Networking products including Juniper, Aruba, and related technologies. Supports network operations by analyzing and structuring both structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights. Applies machine learning, statistical modeling, AI, and automation techniques to improve support operations, data quality, operational accuracy, and customer outcomes. Develops descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions, translating technical requirements into working code, algorithms, and automated workflows. Documents installation and maintenance procedures, performs testing and debugging, and defines and monitors performance metrics. Demonstrates strong knowledge of HPE support processes, including case management, RMA handling, incident management, SLA compliance, escalation management, and case closure. Leverages this expertise to identify opportunities where AI and automation can reduce manual effort, accelerate response times, proactively identify issues, streamline support workflows, and enhance customer experience. Management Level Definition: An experienced individual contributor who applies strong subject matter expertise across HPE Networking, support operations, and AI-driven solutions. Regarded as a go-to technical resource within the team. Works independently with minimal direction, exercises good judgment in deciding how to approach and solve problems, and actively contributes to improving team standards and ways of working.
What you'll do
Apply machine learning, AI, statistical modeling, and analytical techniques to network performance data, support case trends, and operational metrics across HPE Networking solutions, including Aruba, Juniper, and related technologies. Predict issues, prioritize cases, detect anomalies, and generate actionable insights
