Be responsible for the lifecycle management of components used in our products to ensure ongoing performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. You will evaluate components against technical specifications, develop and maintain approved vendor and part lists, and collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure quality and continuity of supply. Support new product development by working cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to address component-related risks and resolve production issues. Monitor component lifecycle status to proactively manage obsolescence, identify alternate or second-source solutions, and mitigate supply chain disruptions. Maintain accurate component data within PLM/ERP systems and drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives What Skills You Need Ability to perform engineering work by applying standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out engineering tasks. Able to make preliminary selections or adaptations of engineering alternatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English). Experience with problem solving and working in a team environment What Makes You Stand Out Understanding of electrical components, suppliers, or manufacturing processes Experience in applying digital technologies, AI, and design automation to improve engineering workflows. Experience in electronic circuit design Education     Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:

Minimum B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited engineering program. Others may apply.
