And so much more.​      ​Come break through with us.   Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use. Role Purpose

We are seeking an accomplished Data Program Manager to lead a complex, cross functional enterprise data transformation initiative focused on improving data maturity across the company. This role will partner closely with divisional and functional Data Management Offices (DMOs), business leaders, and IT teams to drive execution of a broad portfolio of data initiatives spanning data strategy, data governance, data quality, data stewardship, data architecture, and data integration.  The Data Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating a high visibility program that enables stronger data foundations, clearer ownership and accountability, improved quality and trust in critical data, and scalable data capabilities that support business transformation. This role requires exceptional program delivery expertise, the ability to lead global matrixed teams, and a strong track record of driving execution across business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.  While experience in enterprise data management is strongly preferred, success in this role will depend on the ability to establish structure, drive alignment, manage interdependencies, and deliver outcomes in a fast paced and evolving environment.  Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate enterprise data transformation initiatives across business and IT Partner with enterprise, divisional, and functional teams to align priorities and roadmaps Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and resources Drive governance routines, leadership reporting, and steering committee updates Ensure alignment between business needs, data capabilities, and technology solutions Apply Agile or hybrid delivery practices across teams and workstreams Track program KPIs, outcomes, and executive-level status updates Support implementation of data governance, stewardship, and quality processes Coordinate global teams, vendors, and implementation partners Help define sustainable data management processes and operating models

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience leading large-scale programs or transformation initiatives Strong experience in cross-functional, global, and matrixed environments Solid background in program
