You will help organizations transform manufacturing operations by improving production performance, operational efficiency and workforce enablement. Working closely with production, engineering and operations teams, you will support initiatives focused on modernizing factory operations, increasing operational visibility and accelerating digital manufacturing transformation. You will work in a dynamic project environment and gain exposure to initiatives covering production execution, operational excellence, smart factory capabilities and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. THE WORK: Support organizations in transforming manufacturing operations, helping improve production performance, operational efficiency and shop floor execution. Analyze and optimize production processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, automation and continuous improvement. Contribute to operational excellence initiatives by improving productivity, quality and manufacturing performance across production environments. Collaborate with engineering, production, quality and supply chain teams to improve end-to-end manufacturing operations. Support the implementation of smart factory capabilities by connecting manufacturing processes with digital technologies and operational data. Participate in factory automation and Industrial IoT (IIoT) initiatives, enabling greater operational visibility and real-time decision-making. Explore opportunities to leverage AI-enabled manufacturing capabilities to improve production planning, quality management and operational performance. Support continuous improvement programs by identifying opportunities to increase manufacturing flexibility, resilience and sustainability. Contribute to manufacturing transformation initiatives using leading enterprise platforms such as SAP, Siemens Opcenter, Dassault DELMIA, Rockwell FactoryTalk, AVEVA, Tulip or similar solutions. #LI-EU HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree or technical equivalent (Engineer) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients Functional knowledge of SAP that allows proposing best practice configurations Understanding dependencies, e.g. BOM and Serialization Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, GPT) Practical knowledge of project management methodology (waterfall and/or agile and/or scrum) Excellent communication skills in English is a must MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Relevant knowledge from any other Equipment-heavy industry Jira and Confluence proficiency German, French We are particularly interested in profiles combining: process understanding, data and information architecture awareness, operational and business context, transformation mindset, cross-functional collaboration.
