In this Project Manager role, you will support the planning, coordination and execution of divisional projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating resources, tracking deliverables and ensuring project activities remain aligned with established timelines and objectives. This position focuses on project execution, communication and operational support across multiple functional areas to help drive successful project outcomes. This is a defined-term position expected to conclude by mid-2028. Work model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model and may be based at any Boston Scientific location in the United States, Costa Rica or Ireland. Employees are expected to work from their local Boston Scientific office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include: ● Develop, maintain and track detailed project schedules, milestones and deliverables using project management tools. ● Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams, including Research and Development, Marketing, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Operations. ● Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, resource constraints and potential delays; escalate issues as appropriate. ● Support project planning activities, including timeline development, resource planning and project documentation. ● Facilitate project meetings, document action items and follow up to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. ● Consolidate inputs from team members and stakeholders to maintain accurate project schedules and status reports. ● Track project metrics, deliverables and dependencies to ensure alignment with project objectives. ● Assist in resource management activities, including tracking team capacity, assignments and project workload across multiple initiatives. ● Prepare and communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership. ● Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with established business and quality processes. ● Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned. Required qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field. ● Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination, project management or a related field. ● Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing project schedules and deliverables. ● Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. ● Strong planning, problem-solving and communication skills. ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines. ● Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira or
