In this role you will provide internal and external customer support to simplify MRO business processes. Collaborate with internal/external customers to provide WIP status, delivery dates, quotes/estimates, invoices/credits technical inquiries and logistical details. Support the coordination of pricing agreements for MRO activities. Assist in planning and scheduling within Airbus Group and internal/external customers. Your Challenges:

Performance Management and Data Analysis: 40% Perform data analysis and generate reports using specialized domain knowledge and developed business expertise; build data sets based on business analytic indicators Maintain/update/revise/establish new critical metrics Report meaningful metrics to various management levels on weekly/monthly/annual basis Build and maintain reliable MRO productivity metrics Analyze profitability and MRO shop performance Analyze and generate WIP & backlog reports Support development and coordinate implementation of processes across all MRO departments Analyze flow-in/flow-out for the various MRO activities in shops Identify problems that impact our ability to deliver, ability to achieve margins, or areas of inconsistency in the business, based on understanding of metrics and correct application of metrics to the data. Forecasting / Workload Analysis: 30% Develop a reliable and financial Operating Plan for all MRO cost centers Work with supporting functions to receive FH and customer forecasts Develop reliable forecasting and demand planning across MRO organization Set metrics to measure forecasting and planning traceability and accuracy Develop workload capacity analysis for all MRO cost centers to efficiently balance the workload between the teams and/or propose capacity adjustment Coordinate forecast flow from Airbus Helicopters based on workload capacity between AHI & AHCA Forecast rotable pool inventory Work with Repair Operations Lead to forecast external repairs Work with Planning Dept. to forecast new spare parts MRO Support:
