Golden CO 500 Golden Ridge Senior   User Experience (UX)   Designer   Location:  Golden, CO; Indianapolis, IN; Remote        About the Role   Allegion's Global UX Services Team is seeking a Senior UX Designer   for   our Digital Order Management software portfolio.   You’ll   own the experience strategy, lead end-to-end   design   and research, and ensure design outcomes advance business   objectives . Our designers collaborate daily with product managers, software engineers, researchers, customer success   professionals, marketing , business leaders,   and   other s   to   design, and deliver software solutions that   create value to our   customers and the ir   business es .   This   new   role will join   a broader Research and Software Solutions   team,   who daily   seek   to scale fast, drive momentum, and delight users .   We’re looking for candidates with a growth mindset who have experience   on   Agile scrum teams, can drive continuous product discovery, make data-driven decisions, and cite real-world examples of how their design and research led to successful product outcomes. Above all, we seek exceptional practitioners and communicators who understand that building world-class software is a team sport.   We are open to   US-based remote   employees ,   but   are especially interested in candidates local to the Denver or Indianapolis metro areas. Some travel ( up to   1– 3   times per quarter) may be required.   Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
