You will help organizations improve business operations by optimizing core processes, enhancing operational performance, and enabling cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will support transformation initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, visibility, and responsiveness to changing business needs. You will work in a dynamic project environment and gain exposure to complex transformation initiatives across manufacturing, operations, asset management, and enterprise processes. THE WORK: Support organizations in transforming core business operations, improving agility, operational performance, and business effectiveness. Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and process standardization. Contribute to business transformation initiatives, helping organizations adapt to changing market conditions and evolving customer expectations. Support operational excellence initiatives by improving workflows, information flow, and collaboration across business functions. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, commercial, and IT teams to improve cross-functional alignment and business processes. Participate in initiatives focused on increasing operational visibility through better data management, reporting, and process transparency. Support implementation of data-driven decision-making, analytics, and scenario modeling to strengthen planning and business performance. Explore opportunities to leverage AI-enabled capabilities to improve business processes, automation, decision support, and productivity.
