Data Engineer I (5–8 Years' Experience Required)

 OVERVIEW The Enterprise Data Development team is responsible for designing & architecting solutions to integrate & transform business data into Data Warehouse to deliver data layer for the Enterprise using cutting edge cloud technologies like GCP.  We design solutions to meet the expanding need for more and more internal/external information to be integrated with existing sources; research, implement and leverage new technologies to deliver more actionable insights to the enterprise.  We integrate solutions that combine process, technology landscapes and business information from the core enterprise data sources that form our corporate information factory to provide end to end solutions for the business.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Design, build, and support   GCP, ETL, and SQL solutions Work effectively in a   distributed global team environment Partner with architects, solution managers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions Analyze processes and user requirements to improve efficiency and generate insights Support existing   data warehouses, related jobs, and scheduling tools like   Talend, Tidal, Airflow, and Linux Lead small projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and handle ambiguity and complexity Drive   automation, continuous improvement, and adoption of new technologies Train team members, business users, and IT teams while sharing technical knowledge MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education : Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors (Full time from accredited Institute).

5–8+ years of experience as a   Data Engineer   or in a similar role Strong hands-on experience in   cloud data engineering services, with   GCP preferred Expertise in   SQL, Python, and Data Warehousing concepts Good working knowledge of   BigQuery, Composer, Cloud Functions, and dbt Experience with   cloud storage and data platforms   such as   S3 / Blob Storage Understanding of   SAP landscape, Data Governance tools, and Cyber Security requirements Strong   communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management   skills Basic understanding of   data modelling concepts PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS GCP Data Engineer certification, GCP certification  Understanding of CPG industry
