Partner with the best We are looking for a senior level reliability engineer and consultant. Highly effective coach and mentor, skilled in training others in Baker Hughes reliability methodologies and approaches. As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for: ·        Being an expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks. ·        Showing ability to effectively delegate work and providing oversight and mentoring team members. ·        Demonstrating the ability to make informed technology choices after due diligence and impact assessment. ·        Understanding whole product, its services and the interrelationship between them while being an expert in the assigned component or service. ·        Serving as subject matter expert (SME) on one or more major services. Possesses advanced domain knowledge and shows great customer focus. ·        Promoting availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency by proactively sharing impact of software design choices on system operations. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: ·        Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). ·        Have at least 8 years of professional experience. ·        Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory for cross-border communication and client-facing roles (CET-6 大学英 语六级 , College English Test Band 6). ·        Be willing to travel as required.
