Business Associates – 2026 Internship Class

We design, install, and maintain advanced electrical systems. Our expertise spans traditional electrical contracting, security solutions, audio-visual integration, wireless networking, and building management systems. Job Summary Are you looking to begin a rewarding career in electrical construction? The Business Associates reports directly to the project leader. This is a role that requires the ability to build relationships both in and out of the office. The core responsibility of a Business Associate is to continue learning through on-the-job experience while gaining new responsibilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Understand Miller Electric’s service-based approach to the electrical project management process. Build long-term relationships with your clients and fellow employees by earning trust through diligent communication and a high-quality work ethic. Work with your team to ensure projects are built following design, budget, and schedule. Support our project management teams through your business support function.

Qualifications Education & Experience REQUIRED

Relevant business degree Strong computer & Microsoft Suite skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Commitment to developing time management and organizational skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position.
