Coordinates recruitment activities such as candidate screening, job postings, and reference checking, and helps support talent staffing and workforce planning efforts. Charlotte, NC Atlanta, GA Greensboro, NC ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Acquires skilled labor through coordinating full-cycle recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing and talent evaluations under limited supervision. 2. Conducts talent screenings, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fit and quality. 3. Coordinates job advertising and posting efforts internally, externally, and with third-party recruiting agencies. 4. Builds and maintains talent pools and communities through internet mining and database management. 5. Supports talent staffing and workforce planning initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. 6. Provides guidance, coaching, and training to junior teammates within the talent acquisition function. 7. Interfaces with leaders and stakeholders to provide industry, market, and peer group insights to enhance the organization’s talent strategy and initiatives and plan for future talent needs. 8. Partners and communicates with teammates within and outside of own job area to hire and retain top talent. 9. Organizes and participates in employment fairs and campus recruiting events to prospect talent. 10. Makes adjustments or recommends improvements to recruitment processes to enhance recruiting effectiveness and achieve operational targets with a significant impact on the job area results.

Strong business acumen and organizational savvy to anticipate future talent needs. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
