What you’ll do: 
 Job Summary     Responsible for providing support to manufacturing and welding operations, developing manufacturing work instructions, conducting PFMEA activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing capital projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: -     Identify necessary requirements and tooling to increase productivity - Support the design and development of fixtures for assembly - Participate in the preventive maintenance program. - Development of Auto CAD drawings - Assist in the completion of reports, graphs and other manufacturing documents - Know ECO's procedures and deploy production documents. - Coordinate needs for new transfers for successful implementation -  Provide input to improve their work. - Zero accidents. -  Meet the training courses assigned to the training system, according to the functions performed. - The incumbent will have the responsibility to implement these functions and other activities as assigned by his  manager. - To set up the all appropriated appointments and meeting for meet committed dates in project ejection and implementations -  To establish open communication with design centers for project definitions and support -  Elaborate bi-weekly summary of projects and engineering metrics -  Support Engineering Manager in the analysis of all Welding specs Qualifications: 
 Education level required     Bachelor of Mechanical, Industrial,  Engineering degree is required or related.  Years and area of experience required     5 to 7 years of previous experience in manufacturing  Experience working with machining and welding processes in a manufacturing environment Fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Technical knowledge     Must show proficiency in reading and interpreting fabrication, machining and casting drawings, - ANSI and ASME knowledge, ProLaunch knowledge, - Autocad, Pro E -  knowledge Skills: 
 Soft skills    Strong leadership  Strong problem solving and Project Management skills,  Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization, Ability to work with functions outside of Engineering for the common good of Eaton. Additional Information:
