Telephonic Clinical Nurse Coordinator - BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy Shift: 10:30 am -7:00 pm EST Mon - Fri (holidays off) Hybrid : This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2   days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The Telephonic Clinical Nurse Coordinator - BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy is responsible for collaborating with healthcare providers and/or pharmacists, as part of the health care team, to drive personalized health management and improve health outcomes for optimal consumers. How you will make an impact: Performs care management activities within the scope of licensure for members with complex and chronic care needs, particularly with the oncology and REMS programs. Ensures medically appropriate, high quality, cost-effective care and appropriateness of treatment and level of care. Partners with physicians and/or pharmacists to interpret appropriateness of care, intervention planning, and general clinical guidance. Collaborates with providers to assess consumer needs for early identification of and proactive planning for adverse events and continuity of care. Conducts clinical assessment to develop goals that address individual needs to develop and implement a care plan. Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of the care management plan and modifies as necessary.

Requires an ASN or ADN and a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Current, valid, active unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required. Multi-state licensure is required if this individual is providing services in multiple states. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: BSN. Specialty Pharmacy experience. Bilingual. Drug Manufacturer experience. Telephonic Nursing experience. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $35.54 hr. to $55.73 hr.
