【職位宗旨】 負責確認房間乾淨整潔及設備完善、指導客房造型師完成每日工作。 【主要負責事項】 1.值班時應穿著整齊制服，並保持服裝儀容整潔。 2.負責管理造型師每日工作流程，依照飯店最高標準確認清潔及維護客房與走道，已確保顧客滿意度。 3.監督續住客人及預抵達客人之客房清潔。 4.樓層領班需負責續住房，空房及樓層走道公共區域檢查。並在員工教育訓練時，提出對於清潔、保養、備品，安全及維護做出改善調整計畫。
