JPM Wealth Management - Financial Planning Support Desk Associate

We are seeking detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive individuals to join our Wealth Plan Support Desk team supporting J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (JPMWM) Wealth Strategy. As a Wealth Plan Support Desk Associate, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and effective use of our client financial planning software, Wealth Plan, by fielding questions, providing first-level support, delivering ad-hoc training based on advisor inquiries, sharing updates on new platform enhancements and how to use them, and gathering feedback from advisors to relay to technology teams. You will support the Wealth Strategy team’s efforts to maximize the effective use of Wealth Plan.
