The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.   The Opportunity We are looking for Managers with expertise in Boomi Integration strategy within UKG Pro Workforce Management to join the GDS PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in the growth of the GDS PC team.   Your Key Responsibilities

Develop UKG Pro WFM integration architecture, including end‑to‑end design with API‑led patterns, event‑driven frameworks using Boomi. Recommend best practices for implementing, managing, and governing integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform. Perform risk assessments, identify platform compatibility issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage code reviews to ensure compliance with quality, security, and platform standards. Translate complex technical requirements into clear deliverables, dependencies, and risk considerations. Participate in full lifecycle activities and ensure the integration aligns with business requirements. Serve as SME and advise the project delivery team during integration Build/Test activities. Ensure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management. Manage engagement risks, project economics, escalations, and ensure effective planning and budgeting. Focus on delivering on client expectations while identifying opportunities to expand engagement value. Contribute to firm growth by delivering engagements, leading client sessions, offering subject‑matter expertise, supporting sales/business development, and shaping expansion opportunities. Manage and grow payroll consulting and WFM services capability; build relationships with global practices and achieve metrics around productivity, utilization, headcount growth, and penetration.
