What You'll Do
Refine pricing communication strategy
Working with BI/Power BI to understand pricing reports
Monitor and report on trends/exceptions, and price overrides to management
Keep proper documentation and approval for audit strategy
Ensure the territory pricing is properly maintained in SAP
Execute CMC's rebate strategy
Maintain full and equalized freight rates
Execute and administer regional pricing moves
Ability to meet and build relationships with internal/external customers and perform rate negotiations with said customers while keeping us in line with current market pricing.
Collaborate with Pricing teams to ensure market competitiveness and margin integrity
Deep understanding of and experience with complicated pricing condition techniques, pricing communication structures, calculation and requirement routines, SAP Rebate processing, robust SAP Billing processes, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition
Maintain pricing files in support of sales organization(s)
Provide sales pricing support as required
Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed
What You'll Need
Ability to apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and research resolution to issues and trends with transactions
SAP experience a plus
Excellent customer relation skills
Strong communication Skills (verbal, written, listening) including ability to communicate effectively with all levels or organization
Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
A balanced mix of skills - driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
Team player that can also work independently
Ability to make decisions under time constraints
Possess a positive attitude and innovative approach in problem solving
Ability to take initiative and ownership, and be accountable for integrity of the system
Your Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
