Work You’ll Do As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the GPS Enterprise Performance—Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for: Analyzing logistics and maintenance operations, business processes, and system landscapes to identify gaps, dependencies, reconciliation issues, and opportunities for improvement Gathering and documenting business, operational, and technical requirements and translating ambiguous needs into process, data, and integration designs Designing logical data models, source-to-target mappings, data-quality rules, and reconciliation frameworks to support integrated operational reporting and decision-making Developing, integrating, testing, and supporting machine-learning and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and enterprise, cloud, or big-data environments Building or overseeing data pipelines, transformations, dashboards, and analytical products that improve operational visibility and technology-enabled outcomes Leading workstreams and delivering project artifacts while collaborating across Deloitte and client teams to support delivery, solution development, and coaching of junior practitioners A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact.
