What You'll Do
Conduct and document Pre and Post Pour Inspections of product
Ensure all products meet or exceed ASTM and DOT specs
Inspect and stamp product according to DOT standards prior to shipment
Maintain all plant and personal certifications thru ACPA, NPCA, and multiple DOT's
Perform daily tests to ensure quality in product (cylinder breaks, pre-pour / post-pour, wire check, etc.)
Supervise, lead and mentor a group of Quality Control Technicians throughout out the region
Test and document fresh and hardened concrete in accordance with industry standard
What You'll Need
Ability to keep and maintain all required documentation
Crane Certified
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Forklift certified
Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot temperatures
Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards
Your Education
High School Diploma, GED or Tech Certificate required
Must have and maintain ACI Field Tech and ACI Strength Tech certifications
Must acquire and maintain multiple state DOT certifications
