Summary As a Support Technician in Flagstaff, you will provide advanced administrative, analytical, and technical support that helps department programs and services run smoothly. This role serves as an important connection point between employees, customers, and business functions, ensuring information, processes, and support activities are handled accurately and effectively. What Your Day Would Be Like
Provide specialized support for department programs, helping ensure key business activities are completed accurately and efficiently. Serve as a resource for employees and customers by answering questions and connecting them with the right information and solutions. Analyze and organize information to support decision-making, reporting, and department objectives. Coordinate a variety of administrative and technical activities that keep programs running effectively. Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve service, communication, and overall program outcomes.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience supporting business operations, programs, or functional areas such as Human Resources, Finance, Purchasing, or other administrative environments. Ability to perform analytical, administrative, and technical support work with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to manage varied and specialized responsibilities while adapting to changing priorities. Sound judgment and professionalism when working with confidential or sensitive information. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering quality support and positive outcomes.
Minimum Requirements High school graduate/GED plus four (4) years experience in advanced administrative positions OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Four (4) years experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications (or similar computer applications). Knowledge in a specialized department function including department practices, programs, plans and policies. Knowledge of computer systems and applications related to department or function support. Ability to analyze data and formulate conclusions. Ability to prepare reports, trends and/or recommendations. Ability to present ideas in an effective manner, orally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees and the general public.
