About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Corporate Actions product suite. This role is critical in delivering innovative solutions that enable financial institutions to efficiently manage corporate actions events across global markets. You will work closely with engineering, operations, client-facing teams, and clients to ensure our products meet regulatory requirements, market needs, and deliver exceptional client value.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Corporate Actions solutions. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation. Client & Market Engagement: Act as the subject matter expert for Corporate Actions, engaging with clients, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders. Gather and prioritize requirements through client feedback, market research, and data analysis. Execution & Delivery: Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories. Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure products adhere to global regulatory standards and operational risk frameworks. Collaborate with compliance teams to address evolving market regulations. Performance & Growth: Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance. Drive adoption and revenue growth through strategic initiatives and go-to-market plans. Align with regional sales teams to create focus on value and growth Financial Oversight & Commercial Ownership: Own the commercial success of the Corporate Actions product line, including pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis. Manage product P&L and ensure alignment with overall business objectives and annual budget planning. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement. People Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Provide guidance on career development, performance management, and skills enhancement. Build cross-functional alignment and influence stakeholders at all levels. What you bring: Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Corporate Actions processes (mandatory events, voluntary events, tax implications, etc.) across multiple asset classes. Familiarity with global market practices and regulatory requirements, including T+1 settlement cycles and operational impacts. Product Management Skills: 7+ years of experience in product management within financial services or market infrastructure. Proven track record of delivering complex products in a B2B environment. Technical & Analytical Skills: Ability to work with data-driven insights and translate them into actionable strategies. Comfortable with APIs, data models, and integration workflows. Leadership & Communication: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level presentations.
