What You’ll Build The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. Position title: SAP Corporate Sustainability & Project Management Intern (f/m/d) Location: Walldorf, Germany Internship duration: 6 months starting in September/October 2026 In this role, you’ll be an active member of the Corporate Sustainability team. The international team leads SAP’s sustainability transformation to drive business success, avoid harm, and create positive impact for people and the planet. They run environmental and human rights programs and collaborate with stakeholders to further embed sustainability into SAP’s corporate strategy and everything we do. We invite you to become part of the team and take responsibility for the below tasks:
Support the program management of SAP’s environmental management system implemented and ISO 14001-certified at 45 SAP sites worldwide Conduct risk and data analyses for benchmarking and actionable insights on SAP’s climate, water, and biodiversity-related impacts Help evaluate, select and communicate nature-based climate investments Conduct research on environmental topics Aggregate environmental data and support documentation Contribute to other important sustainability initiatives and help bring SAP’s Global Environmental Policy to life.
What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Preferred fields of study:
Environmental sciences, business administration, sustainability or related fields
IT skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (esp. MS Excel and PowerPoint)
Language skills
Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken
Desired Soft skills
High attention to detail Very good analytical and organizational skills Team player Passion for sustainability and the environment, Good communication skills Proactiveness
