Supports life-cycle management of members from recruiting and onboarding processes through termination.  This may include activities such as: interview scheduling, background checks, file maintenance, & leave administration. Update knowledge articles in coordination with Process Owner. Escalate issues related to compliance to Sr. Advisor or Manager. Collaborate with team members on process improvements. Key Skills: Communication Skills - The ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, including presenting information in a clear and concise manner. Problem-Solving - The ability to identify and solve complex HR-related issues, such as benefits enrollment errors or payroll discrepancies. Compliance Management: Basic understanding of HR Compliance; ability to research and learn. Asks questions or escalate if there is any uncertainty. Attention to Detail - The ability to pay close attention to detail, such as HR inquiries and resolutions, to ensure accuracy and compliance. Interpersonal Skills - The ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders. Technology Skills - A basic understanding of HR systems and technology, such as HRIS and employee self-service portals. Documentation Skills - The ability to accurately document HR inquiries and resolutions in HR systems. Time Management - The ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
