Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.​   OVERVIEW The Digital and Technology team of General Mills is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Global Digital & Technical Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team in capacity of a Sr. Analyst focusing on driving, delivering, and supporting the key portfolio shaping initiatives across our Supply Chain organization. This position offers the opportunity to experience a full range of the project life cycle including discovery, design, development, testing, delivery, and support of the solutions in SAP O2C modules & our Customer Visibility Portal in ServiceNow. Expectation is to scale global solutions, drive innovations that enhance user experience, deliver value to your client's, mentor the broader Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team and support process and technology across Supply Chain.   KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Apply deep technical expertise, with strong knowledge of SAP modules and system integration to design, build, optimize and support Customer Fulfillment operations. Provide a fundamental understanding of core SAP O2C applications and integrations with other systems to peers and business partners Partner with teams across Supply Chain, other business functions, and IT partners to translate business & statutory requirements into SAP system designs & solutions Design solutions and provide business requirements to development teams/data architects, lead testing cycles to ensure outcomes meet agreed designs, and promote new functionality to production Connect with IT and business peers to ensure end to end solution optimization Provide first class service and support of existing customer operations processes & systems to meet business needs Prepare functional specifications, proactively facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption of new and existing solutions Help to manage the Customer Fulfillments team’s catalog of test scripts and lead end user testing efforts for major projects. Proactively anticipate and escalate risks and develop mitigation plans. Lead and mentor across Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant discipline 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in a technical position in SAP ECC or S4 Experience in implementing and supporting SAP customization including interfaces and enhancements Ability to lead projects from a deep technical perspective Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business partners at all levels Experience with project stabilization and ongoing production support of SAP functionality Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolution skills Demonstrated ability to partner with the business, design solutions, develop specs, document, and test Adaptive learning mindset and deep sense of curiosity A strong sense of accountability, ownership and
