Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ERP Solution Manager (f/m) to join our Digital for Operation department based in Toulouse . You will join the Solution Management Team (SMT) to drive the transformation of our digital ecosystem and our transition to SAP S/4HANA. In this transversal role, you will translate strategic ERP roadmaps into tangible operational solutions, supporting supply chain optimization and aircraft production ramp-up. Your challenges: Translate shop-floor operational needs into end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain and Demand processes. Ensure SAP architecture compliance using a "Fit-to-Standard" approach within Multi-Functional Teams (MFTs). Distill complex SAP logic into clear, business-driven visual presentations for executive stakeholders. Redesign E2E operational flows to directly support aircraft production ramp-up targets. Collaborate with IM and site operations to bridge gaps between system standards and business value. Your boarding pass: Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics. At least 15 years of experience in complex, highly-regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense). At least 10 years of ERP deployment experience, including a minimum of 5 years on SAP S/4HANA with advanced SAP module expertise. Proven experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies and Change Management initiatives. Advanced level in English and French (German is a plus) and willingness to travel (~20%). Not a 100% match?
