SAP Finance Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead Consultant to lead Finance stream activities within SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects. The consultant will be responsible for solution design, business process transformation, testing, data migration, and deployment across key finance areas.

Lead SAP Finance workstreams during S/4HANA implementations and migrations. Conduct business workshops and gather requirements. Design and optimize finance processes and system solutions. Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities. Provide functional leadership and stakeholder management. Ensure adoption of SAP best practices and S/4HANA standards.

Minimum 8 years of experience as SAP FI/CO Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Subject Matter Expert. Participation in at least 3 SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects . Proven experience in a mixture of the following areas:  GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Controlling (CO) SAP S/4HANA Finance related certification Experience in business process analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent command of Polish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
