" Job Description & Summary:   We are looking for seasoned   Program Manager   Responsibilities:     Own product vision & roadmap for PCN's data analytics and AI solutions across clinical, financial, and operational domains.   Drive end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation to launch - for dashboards, predictive models, and inference analytics.   Bridge business, engineering & clinical stakeholders to align product strategy with measurable outcomes.   Lead agile execution - backlog management, feature prioritization, UX prototyping, and release planning.   Apply deep US healthcare domain ability - delivery models, payment systems, PHI/data governance, and compliance.   Present the applied concepts to the executives for   the commercialization   purposes.

Looking For   8+ yrs   in product management / healthcare analytics;   4+ yrs   in domain-driven digital product management.   Proven delivery of   end-to-end data/AI products   in matrixed, cross-functional environments.   Strong in   product strategy, agile/scrum, data analytics (descriptive → predictive → inference), and UX design thinking .   Epic/Clarity/Caboodle   and   AI/ML in healthcare   exposure preferred.   Executive presence, analytical rigor, customer-first mindset, and   flexibility for US time zones .   Proven record of accomplishment of working with   the data   professionals to produce an enterprise level   outcomes .   High adaptability in terms of changing business needs.     Mandatory skill sets:     Program manager   Preferred skill sets:       Years of experience required:     8   to   12   Years   Education qualification:     BE/ B.Tech /   /MCA/ Mtech     Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering, MBA (Master of Business Administration), Master of Engineering Degrees/Field
