Project Control Analyst

As a Project Control Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the management team with the day-to-day operations within the ServiceNow & Cloud Infrastructure team, including team strategic initiatives (e.g. ServiceNow Academy). Accenture is ServiceNow’s largest professional services partner with over 15,000+ resources globally. Accenture ServiceNow Global Practice is responsible for building, selling, and delivering solutions that are based on ServiceNow products (ITxM, Security, HR, Customer Service, and Intelligent Applications). Our portfolio encompasses the selling of the ServiceNow products, the implementation of the solution, and its long-term maintenance/management (Application Management Services).

Play an integral role in the onboarding processes of new joiners to the Accenture Advanced Technology (ATC)Team, ensuring they are adequately equipped and oriented. Partner with both internal and external stakeholders regarding resource demand management. This involves assessing resource availability, project allocation, capacity, and scheduling. Maintain and update a comprehensive Resource Tracker and oversee Report updates. Assist with generating quarterly performance reports for the team to assess overall productivity and areas for improvement. Offer strategic assistance in client engagement activities, including the development of client-facing presentation decks and prompt responsiveness to client inquiries. Administer updates to organizational charts to accurately reflect team structure and reporting lines. Oversee the consistent and timely upkeep of SharePoint repositories, ensuring accurate and current documentation and project information. Provide comprehensive support to the Accenture ServiceNow Academy, aiding both trainers and trainees. This includes assisting with lesson plans, risk assessments, evaluations, and managing training delivery. Actively gather feedback and provide advice on the enhancement of organizational ATC training capabilities, ensuring that the training meets the desired outcomes. Assist with monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing the progress of learners and the effectiveness of training delivered through continual evaluation. Collaborate with external partners to organize and execute marketing and educational events, enhancing the brand presence and knowledge dissemination. Support the Accenture Advanced Technology Team in a range of internal and external marketing activities, as well as organizing team-building events.
