Title: Trade Support Manager Location: Sao Paulo/ Curitiba Brazil Job Description • Execute assigned Trade Support processes in line with approved procedures, control frameworks, and SLAs under the offshore operating model. • Perform trade booking, confirmation, and settlement preparation for Bonds and Term Loans across DTC, Euroclear, FED, and Clearpar. • Ensure trades are captured accurately, completely, and within agreed timelines in relevant systems. • Confirm trades with counterparties in accordance with market standards and internal guidelines. • On TD+0 / TD+1, ensure trades are matched, funded, and ready for settlement on value date. • Monitor settlement status and proactively identify potential settlement issues, escalating risks and delays to onshore teams as required. • Investigate and resolve trade breaks. Escalate unresolved exceptions to the appropriate stakeholders. • Support failed trade management and claims processing, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping. • • Handle Repo trade booking and settlement. • • Perform daily controls,
