Posting Description Interim Hospitality Coordinator Hospitality Coordinator Responsibilities As the Interim Hospitality Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Your responsibilities will be varied, challenging, and rewarding, providing you with the chance to create a significant impact. Reception Maintain the cleanliness and organization of conference rooms, ensuring chairs, whiteboards, coasters, snack trays, and fridges are in outstanding condition. For flawless whiteboards, use Lysol and towels. Monitor emails to prioritize and address urgent communications. Review meeting room calendars to prepare for daily and weekly meetings. Communicate important events to the team, including birthdays, anniversaries, and new hires. Kitchen Operate the dishwasher as needed to keep the kitchen running efficiently. Conduct regular checks for stains and items in the sink three times daily: morning, after lunch, and afternoon. Stock food and beverages as needed, ensuring extra snacks and drinks are available in the supply room. Sanitize high-touch items weekly, including fridge handles, jars, coffee machines, and water machines. Maintain general awareness of the fridge contents and dispose of expired items. Clean the microwave as necessary. Ensure the kitchen area is tidy and welcoming. Social Hub Coffee Bar Stock Nespresso pods and coffee mugs, ensuring the area remains clean and inviting. NFP Indy Events Outlook Calendar Keep the Indy Calendar up-to-date with all events, holidays, and meetings to ensure seamless coordination. Monthly Meetings with All Teams Schedule and coordinate monthly All Team Meetings, ensuring all logistics are flawlessly accomplished. Mail Sort, coordinate, and distribute mail efficiently and accurately. Other Duties Assist in maintaining bathroom cleanliness and supplies. Support the upkeep of office equipment such as printers. Keep common areas clean and organized, restocking kitchen and snack supplies as needed. Provide scheduling support for meetings across various teams.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $98,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
