Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

Strong understanding of revenue assurance processes and control frameworks within telecom, media, and technology environments. Experienced in managing dispute-related workflows with a focus on accuracy, traceability, and timely resolution. Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams to support process execution and issue closure. Ability to monitor and enforce SLA and KPI adherence across operational and control activities.
