You’ll work on exciting transformation programmes that make a real impact on how organisations operate. From designing future-ready structures to embedding cultural change, this is your chance to help clients evolve and thrive in a rapidly changing world.   Your key responsibilities • Supporting the delivery of organisation design and change management projects. • Collaborating with teams to implement project plans and deliverables. • Applying project management skills to support transformation initiatives. • Contributing to the development of operating models and business readiness plans. • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and co-create solutions. • Supporting the growth of the People Consulting practice.   Skills and attributes for Success • Experience using relevant tools, templates and methodologies. • Strong personal impact and ability to influence stakeholders. • Practical problem-solving skills and a pragmatic mindset. • Ability to analyse complex challenges and deliver sustainable solutions. • Focused on achieving project goals and overcoming barriers. • Experience across the full project lifecycle.   Ideally, You’ll also have • A degree and relevant professional experience. • Passion for organisation design and people engagement. • Ability to quickly understand complex business problems and develop solutions.   What we look for We’re looking for inclusive, purpose-driven individuals who are passionate about helping organisations transform.
